burning fuel

I pray to my heart as the tide dances away
sins of life i have yet to play
map upon map lead only to old
fountain of youth position it sold
maze to eyes reveal but fire
buring soul with lethal desire
needing and wanting and wanting more
greed will leave you on the floor
beggars wont be chooser
choosers pick to beg
